Chained Thermal-Structural Analysis using SimXpert

A thin square surface with a circular hole is modeled. The finite element model is meshed with quad elements. The surface is constrained around the perimeter. Thermal boundary conditions are defined at the top and bottom edges. A structural load is applied normal to the surface. A load case with thermal and structural loadsteps is analyzed.
The analysis focuses on obtaining the temperature profile, as well as the stress and deformation of the model.
