In MSC, we consistently strive to offer the best in class knowledge support to our customers. SimAcademy Webinar Series is an endeavor in the same direction. MSC’s Webinar has interactive elements that knowledge is shared and discussions are held between the presenter and the audience. The objective of this program is to teach end users “snippets” of knowledge to help them get the most out of their investment with MSC Software, such as:
  • Building and refining simulation models
  • Automating modeling and simulation tasks
  • Discovering advanced modeling techniques

The sessions are hosted courtesy of the MSC Technical Support Team, and the presenters are from the diverse range of experts from within MSC. All existing and recent MSC customers are invited to be one of the limited numbers of registrants for every new SimAcademy Webinar. Each session is recorded and available for future playback to MSC customers at MSC SimCompanion support portal.
We are promoting these webinars on our corporate website as an “event”, visible on our home page and under the “News & Events” site. One can select a Webinar Event to be among the limited numbers of live attendees. Also, MSC sends Webinar announcement Email to all existing and recent customers with information on upcoming webinar and the registration procedure.
MSC sends a confirmation Email including web meeting code, meeting phone number, and instructions to the confirmed registrants.
