Abstract (Question)

The Support Case portal and Community platform is going to align with the best practices for security and data integrity. This will require you to upgrade your internet browser to TLS 1.1 or higher by July 22, 2017. The portals will not support the protocols TLS 1.0 or less beyond the date and you will encounter an error, for example, "Stronger Security is required".
