Technical Support Contact Information (Including Restriction on Sending Sensitive Information)

Attention! When submitting technical support requests through MSC's general support channel (whether by phone, e-mail, web-portal or otherwise), you may not submit any files, models or other information ('Information') that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") or that is classified under an Export Control Classification Number ("ECCN") other than "EAR99". MSC will assume that Information submitted through general support channels is subject to the EAR and is classified under ECCN "EAR99" on the Commerce Control List ("CCL") of the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR", 15 CFR Part 730 et seq.). Thank you.
