Dytran 2010 offers enhancements in terms of both performance and new capabilities. Introduction of parallel solver capability for Euler and coupling problems results in dramatic performance improvement for CPU intensive fluid-structure interaction applications. New capabilities of cyclic flow boundary and body force on distinct regions also help solve new classes of problems.

Below is a list of enhancements implemented in this release.
·         DMP capability for Euler and coupling analysis for superior performance. Supported features include:
o   Single and Multi-Material Hydro Euler
o   ROE Solver
o   Failed Elements in coupling surfaces
o   Graded Mesh
o    Biased meshing
o   Coupling surface output and markers
o   Geometric boundary conditions
o   Viscosity
·         Cyclic flow boundary condition
·         Improved body force capability to define different materials inside a particular region
·         Numerous issues identified in the earlier releases have been addressed
