Technical Support Contact Information (Including Restriction on Sending Sensitive Information)

Attention! When submitting technical support requests through MSC's general support channel (whether by phone, e-mail, web-portal or otherwise), you may not submit any files, models or other information ("Information") that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") or that is classified under an Export Control Classification Number ("ECCN") other than "EAR99". MSC will assume that Information submitted through general support channels is subject to the EAR and is classified under ECCN "EAR99" on the Commerce Control List ("CCL") of the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR", 15 CFR Part 730 et seq.).

Nastranを、mode=i8で計算すると、MCFRACTIONの出力(OMCFRAC)がoutput2ファイルに出力されない。

Adams software error

Hello every body, I have been using Msc.adams software(student version) for 20 days, but, now when I'm trying to use it by clicking on the shortcut on the desktop it doesn't opens. I tried every thing -removed and reinstalled the adams software. but I can't able to open it.Kindly help me to solve this.

    I am using msc.patran as pre-post processor and msc.nastran as solver. Im doing thermal analysis and my model consists of 13 lakh elements. Im getting a fatal message while running nastran as

USER FATAL MESSAGE 1012 (GALLOC)
     DBSET MASTER   IS FULL AND NEEDS TO BE EXPANDED.

can you please help me to resolve my problem.
